2007-2016 Mini Cooper OEM Replacement Radiator
Direct OEM replacement radiator engineered to factory specifications for Mini Cooper cooling system reliability. Built to handle daily driving and track use without compromise. Designed as a like-for-like swap with your original unit.
Do I need to drain the entire cooling system before installation?
Yes. Disconnect the hoses at both ends, remove the mounting brackets, and slide out the old radiator. Have a drain pan ready — expect coolant spillage. Refer to your owner's manual for the system capacity so you know how much fresh coolant to add back in.
Will this fit if I have aftermarket fans or a custom shroud?
This radiator uses factory mounting points and core dimensions. If your fans or shroud were installed around the OEM radiator, they should clear this replacement. Test-fit before final installation if you've heavily modified the engine bay.
Does this come with new hoses or clamps?
Radiator assembly only — hoses and clamps are not included. Inspect your existing hoses for cracks or hardening while the system is open; most builders swap them at the same time to avoid future leaks.
