Shipping Area

CZB Auto Essentials currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is available on all orders.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is normally 5–8 business days after the order is processed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address problems, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Products may ship separately and arrive in more than one package, even when purchased in the same order. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to receive a package may be deducted from any approved refund where permitted by law.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if a package arrives damaged, contact us at trapleas@yahoo.com with your order number and supporting photographs when applicable. We will investigate the issue with the supplier or carrier.
