M12 x 1.5 Extended L40 Style Lug Nuts 20pc Set w/ Locks - Aluminum
Twenty aluminum lug nuts in M12 x 1.5 thread with integrated locking design and L40-style extended profile. Built for high-temp durability and corrosion resistance. Includes locking pairs to prevent vibration loosening on track or street.
Will these work with my factory wheels or do I need aftermarket ones?
L40 extended style nuts fit most factory and aftermarket wheels. Verify your wheel center bore and offset before install — some aggressive deep-dish designs may require clearance testing.
How tight should I torque these?
Refer to your vehicle's service manual for proper torque spec — it varies by platform. Over-torquing aluminum can strip threads; under-torquing defeats the lock feature. Use a calibrated torque wrench.
Do these need any prep or coating before install?
Aluminum arrives ready to install. No paint or primer needed. Clean wheel studs with a wire brush before seating to remove dirt and oxidation.
