98-05 Mercedes ML320 ML350 ML430 ML500 Rear Guard Chrome
Chrome rear guard designed for second-generation ML-Class models. Hard panel construction with a polished chrome finish that bolts to the rear bumper assembly. Direct fit for the specified model years without modification.
Does this bolt directly to the factory bumper or do I need adapter brackets?
It mounts at factory attachment points on the rear bumper, so no custom brackets are required. You'll need basic hand tools and fasteners compatible with your existing bumper assembly.
Will this chrome finish need any prep or sealant before installation?
The guard ships with a polished chrome finish ready to install. No primer or clear coat is needed. If you want to maintain the shine over time, a quality chrome polish every few months will help it resist spotting.
What if the guard arrives damaged or doesn't fit properly?
