94-01 Acura Integra GSR/Type-R DC2 B18C Header Stainless Steel
Stainless steel header engineered for the B18C engine with improved scavenging and flow characteristics. Built from stainless construction for corrosion resistance and durability. Designed to bolt directly to factory mounting locations without modification.
Do I need a new gasket when installing this header?
Yes. Always use a fresh header gasket at the cylinder head flange — reusing the old one risks exhaust leaks. Most builders grab a quality OEM or aftermarket gasket during installation.
Will this header need to be painted or ceramic coated?
Stainless steel naturally resists discoloration, so painting is optional. If you want a specific finish or added heat protection, ceramic coating is compatible but not required for function or longevity.
What intake manifold and exhaust setup will this work with?
This header connects to your factory intake manifold and standard exhaust downpipe — test-fit the downpipe connection before final installation to confirm clearance with your chosen exhaust system.
