92-00 Volvo 850/S70/V70 Exhaust Header Gasket
Factory exhaust header gasket for Volvo inline engines—the seal that prevents manifold leaks before they start. This gasket handles the thermal cycling between your header and cylinder head without fail. Designed for direct replacement on stock and modified applications alike.
Do I need new bolts or studs when I install this?
The gasket itself comes standalone. Check your header bolts for corrosion or damage during installation—if they're stuck or stripped, replace them while you have the manifold off. Most builders grab fresh hardware anyway to avoid headaches.
Can I reuse my old header bolts, or do they need to be replaced?
If your existing bolts are clean and thread smoothly, they'll work. Exhaust bolts take a beating though—corrosion is common. New bolts are cheap insurance against a leak down the road or a snapped bolt mid-removal next time.
What's the return window if this doesn't seal properly?
Contact our support team with photos of the leak and installation details. We stand behind our gaskets, but nine times out of ten a leak means either the header surface needs cleaning or bolts weren't torqued evenly. We'll walk you through it.
