What if I need to cut or re-bend this bend?
Aluminum is malleable and easy to work with a hacksaw or band saw. You can re-bend it cold with a pipe bender, but be gentle — aluminum doesn't have the flex recovery of steel. Test small adjustments before committing to a major reshape.
