2016-2019 Chevrolet Malibu / Buick LaCrosse OEM Radiator
Factory-spec cooling core designed for direct OEM replacement without modification. This is the genuine radiator assembly engineered for exact fitment and thermal performance. Built to handle your engine's full cooling demand from day one.
Do I need to flush my cooling system before installing this radiator?
Yes. Drain and flush the old coolant completely, then rinse the engine block and lines with distilled water before connecting the new radiator. This prevents debris and corrosion from circulating through the fresh core.
Will my existing hose clamps and connections work with this radiator?
Your factory hose clamps will refit without issue. Check hose condition while you have the old radiator out — if they're cracked, brittle, or leaking, replace them now rather than chasing coolant leaks later.
What if the radiator doesn't hold pressure or leaks after installation?
Inspect both radiator tanks for damage in transit and confirm all hose connections are tight before declaring a failure. If you spot a leak or the system won't hold pressure after a full bleed, contact support with photos for a return authorization.
