2015-2018 Chevrolet City Express AC Condenser Aluminum
Direct replacement aluminum condenser built to cool like factory spec. Handles full system pressure and dissipates heat efficiently through a dense aluminum core. Ready to bolt in and perform.
Do I need to have the system evacuated before swapping this in?
Yes. Your AC system needs to be fully discharged by a certified tech before condenser replacement. After install, the system must be evacuated and recharged to proper spec.
Does this come with new O-rings or seals?
The condenser assembly ships without additional sealing hardware. Have new O-rings and seals on hand for connection points — they're cheap insurance against leaks post-install.
What if the condenser leaks after I install it?
Test the unit before final assembly. Pressure-test it on the bench if you have access to a system — catches manufacturing defects before labor goes into the van.
