2014-2020 Fiat 500L OEM Radiator
Direct OEM replacement radiator engineered for 500L cooling system demands. Factory-spec construction built to handle daily driving and moderate performance use. Drop-in fit designed for seamless integration with existing plumbing and mounting points.
Do I need new hoses and clamps when I install this?
Check your current hoses for cracks, swelling, or hardening before installation. If they're in good condition, reuse them. If you're replacing radiator lines anyway, fresh hoses and clamps are cheap insurance against future leaks.
Will this radiator come with the plastic overflow tank or just the core?
This is the radiator assembly only—core, tanks, and mounting brackets. You'll use your existing overflow tank and cap system from the original setup.
What do I need to flush or prep before installing the new radiator?
Drain the old coolant completely and flush the cooling system with distilled water to clear debris. Fill with fresh coolant that matches your vehicle's factory spec—refer to your owner's manual for the correct type and mixture ratio.
