2010-2014 Subaru Legacy/Outback 3.6L Auto Transmission Radiator
Replacement radiator engineered for 3.6L automatic transmission models on Legacy and Outback platforms. Maintains proper coolant flow and transmission fluid cooling under stock and moderate load conditions. Direct fit design eliminates custom fabrication or modifications to existing mounting points.
Do I need to flush the cooling system before installing this radiator?
Yes. Flush the entire cooling system with distilled water before and after installation to remove any debris or old coolant. This prevents sediment from clogging your new radiator's core.
Does this radiator come with new hose clamps and gaskets?
Radiator assembly only — you'll need to source your own hose clamps and any gaskets if yours are damaged during removal. Inspect the old radiator's connection points to determine what hardware to reuse or replace.
Will this work if I've upgraded to a larger turbo or supercharger?
This radiator is sized for stock 3.6L automatic engine output. Significant power modifications may exceed cooling capacity — consult your tuner or contact us with your specific setup details before ordering.
