2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma Fleetside Tailgate Cap Cover - Textured Black
Hard panel tailgate cap that bolts over your factory fleetside bed, finished in textured black. Protects the top edge of your tailgate while adding a clean, finished look to the bed area. Designed for straightforward mounting at existing attachment points.
Do I need to drill into my tailgate to mount this?
No. This cap mounts at factory attachment points on fleetside beds — no drilling or permanent modification needed.
What fasteners do I need to install it?
The cap assembly does not include mounting hardware. You'll need basic bolts and fasteners appropriate for your existing mount points — confirm size and thread pitch by test-fitting before purchase.
Can I paint over the textured finish if I want a different color?
Yes. Light sanding and standard automotive primer and paint will bond to the textured surface. Prep and paint per your vehicle's factory specs.
