2005-2010 Polaris Sportsman Front Storage Box Cover
Keep debris and weather out of your front storage box with this direct-fit hard panel cover. Built for the factory Sportsman box opening, it seals tight against the elements and mounts using the existing frame points. Durable construction handles the trail and everyday use.
Do I need fasteners to mount this, or does it just sit in place?
The cover mounts at factory anchor points on your frame — you'll want to verify fastener type and size with your Sportsman service manual to ensure a secure fit that won't rattle on rough terrain.
Can I paint this cover to match my quad's color?
The panel accepts paint, but surface prep and product choice depend on the material finish. Test any primer or paint on a small area first to confirm adhesion before committing to a full coat.
Does this seal completely, or will water still get in around the edges?
The design fits the box opening tight, but water ingress around the perimeter depends on how well you secure it and the condition of any factory seal or gasket. Check those points during installation for the best protection.
