2003-2007 Infiniti G35 Hood Hinge - Passenger Side
OEM replacement hood hinge engineered for G35 passenger-side mounting. Restores factory hinge geometry and pivot action on hood assemblies. Built to handle repeated open-close cycles without binding or creep.
Will this hinge work with my existing hood latch?
Yes — this hinge is engineered to work with factory hood latch geometry. The hinge pivot points align with OEM specs, so your latch should engage and release without binding.
Do I need hood pins with this hinge?
No requirement for hood pins — the factory latch handles hold-down. Hood pins are optional if you want extra security during high-speed driving or track use.
Will the hood sit at the same height as the fender after installation?
It should, since this is an OEM-spec replacement hinge. If your hood gap is off after install, check that the hinge bolts are tight and seated fully at the mounting points — minor gaps can also come from bent hood or latch wear.
