2003-2007 Ford Focus / 2002-2009 B2300 F23 Turbo Manifold T3 Flange
Cast iron T3 flange manifold designed for turbocharged Ford Focus and B2300 F23 engines. Direct bolt-on construction mounts to factory head studs without modification. Ready for turbo kit integration.
Do I need to paint or coat this manifold before installing?
Cast iron manifolds run extremely hot. High-temp paint or ceramic coating is recommended to prevent rust and reduce underhood heat, but not required for immediate installation. Apply before bolting to the engine for best results.
Will this bolt directly to my engine without modifications?
Yes—mounts at factory head stud locations. No drilling, tapping, or head porting needed. Hand-tighten bolts first, then torque to your engine's specification per the service manual.
What turbo kits work with this T3 flange outlet?
Any turbo with a standard T3 turbine inlet flange will couple directly. Confirm your turbo's inlet flange size before ordering downpipe or intake components—some kits use custom adapters for non-standard configurations.
