1997-2001 Jeep Cherokee Windshield Washer Pump - White
Direct replacement washer pump for your Cherokee's windshield system. White plastic construction matches OEM specifications. Engineered to restore full spray pressure and flow without modification to existing washer fluid lines.
Will this pump fit my reservoir, or do I need to replace the whole tank?
This pump is designed as a direct drop-in replacement for the OEM washer reservoir. No tank replacement necessary — it mounts to the existing factory location.
What if the pump doesn't spray right after I install it?
Check your washer fluid level first, then verify all hose connections are seated tight on the pump outlet. If flow is still weak, run the pump for 30 seconds to purge any air from the lines.
Do I need to drain the reservoir before swapping in the new pump?
Draining is not required, but keeping fluid in the tank during removal can cause spillage. Either siphon it out first or have towels ready to catch spills.
