1994-1996 Mack FDM/CX/RD/MR/CH/R/CS200P OEM Radiator
Direct-fit OEM radiator for 1994–1996 Mack medium-duty chassis, built to factory spec and ready to bolt in. Engineered to handle the cooling demands of Mack's FDM, CX, RD, MR, CH, R, and CS200P models. Sourced to match original performance and durability.
Do I need any special tools or adapters to install this radiator?
Factory mounting points align with OEM brackets—standard hand tools and a drain pan are all you need. Disconnect your coolant hoses, unbolt the old unit, and seat the new one at the same mounting locations.
Should I flush the cooling system before installation?
Yes. Drain the old coolant completely, flush the block and hoses with clean water, then fill with fresh coolant. This prevents sediment from settling in the new radiator and extends its life.
What coolant type should I use?
Refer to your Mack service manual for the correct coolant spec—typically heavy-duty conventional or extended-life formulas. Do not mix types; always start fresh.
