1969-1974 Chevrolet Nova Molded Dash Cap Cover Overlay ABS
This molded ABS dash cap sits directly over your factory dashboard, covering wear and fading without removal or modification. Built from rigid ABS plastic, it restores a clean appearance while preserving your original dash underneath. Direct fit means no cutting, drilling, or permanent alterations.
Will this cap cover my entire dash, or just sections?
This is a cap overlay that covers the top horizontal dash surface. Exact coverage area depends on your specific dash layout — confirm fitment before ordering to ensure it meets your restoration goals.
Can I paint this, or does it come primed?
ABS accepts paint and adhesive-backed coverings well. Lightly scuff with fine sandpaper before painting or wrapping for best adhesion. No primer finish is applied from the factory.
What do I use to secure it to the dash?
Mounting hardware and method are not specified. Test-fit first to determine whether you'll use adhesive strips, fasteners, or a combination. Most builders use flexible adhesive designed for plastic-to-plastic or plastic-to-vinyl bonds.
