02-09 Dodge Ram 4" Oval Nerf Bars - Black
Rock-solid step bars with 4-inch oval tubing give you a functional running board without the bulk. Black powder-coat finish resists weathering, and the design mounts clean to your frame for a finished look that doesn't look bolted-on.
Do these mount at the factory frame attachment points?
Yes. These are designed to use existing factory mounting locations — no drilling or frame modification needed. You'll use the truck's original suspension and frame hard points.
What fasteners do I need to install these?
Mounting hardware is not included with this set. Check your truck's service manual for the correct bolt spec and torque values for your model year, then source Grade 8 fasteners rated for frame attachment.
Can I paint or polish these, or do I need to keep them black?
The bars ship in black powder coat and are ready to install as-is. If you want a different finish, you can strip and repaint them — just sand the existing coat first and apply primer before topcoat.
