02-07 Mitsubishi Evo Direct Replacement Turbo Manifold Stainless Steel
Stainless steel turbo manifold built as a bolt-on replacement for 02-07 Evo engines. Direct fit at factory mounting points eliminates custom fabrication. Corrosion-resistant construction handles heat cycling and boost without warping.
Will this bolt straight to my turbo, or do I need an adapter?
The turbo flange is OEM-compatible, so it bolts directly to stock turbo housings. If you're running a larger or different turbo, verify the flange bolt pattern before purchase.
Do I need gaskets or sealant before installation?
Use a quality exhaust manifold gasket where the manifold meets the head. Stainless steel doesn't require sealing compound on the flange face — just torque it down per your service manual.
Can I install this myself, or do I need a shop?
Removal and reinstallation are DIY-friendly with basic hand tools and a jack. The real work is draining coolant if lines are in the way — allow 2–4 hours if you've done exhaust work before.
