02-06 Acura RSX Type-S Single Rolled Tip Catback Exhaust - Stainless Steel
Stainless steel catback with a single rolled tip designed for the RSX Type-S. Built from full stainless construction to resist corrosion and last. Bolt-on installation connects at the catalytic converter and exits through the rear valance.
Will this fit my stock bumper cutout?
The single tip is designed to exit through the factory rear valance opening. Test-fit before final tightening to confirm alignment with your specific bumper condition.
Do I need any gaskets or clamps beyond what's in the box?
The assembly includes what's needed for the catback section itself. You'll want a new gasket between the cat and exhaust pipe if reusing the OEM connection point—pick one up separately to ensure a clean seal.
Can I install this myself with basic hand tools?
Catback exhaust is a DIY-friendly job—jack the car, unbolt the old system, bolt the new one in place. You'll need jack stands, a jack, and basic wrenches. Take your time aligning the tip before torquing everything down.
