02-06 Acura RSX Type-S Single Burnt Tip Catback Exhaust Stainless Steel
Stainless steel catback exhaust with a burnt tip finish for clean sound and visual appeal. Full bolt-on design from the catalytic converter back means no welding required. Construction is all-stainless for corrosion resistance and longevity.
Will this bolt directly to my stock catalytic converter?
Yes, this is designed as a catback system—it connects at the catalytic converter and routes back. Your existing cat stays in place.
Do I need to remove or modify the heat shield?
Heat shield compatibility depends on your car's exact configuration. Verify fitment before final assembly to avoid contact with suspension or chassis components.
What about the burnt tip—will it need cleaning or maintenance?
The stainless finish is designed to resist sooting and discoloration, but normal carbon buildup can occur. A quick wipe-down with a microfiber cloth keeps it looking sharp.
