02-06 Acura RSX Type-S Exhaust Header Stainless Steel
Stainless steel header designed for direct bolt-on fitment. Constructed from premium stainless steel to resist corrosion and heat. Engineered for maximum flow without sacrificing durability or longevity.
Will this bolt directly to my stock manifold flange?
Yes. This header uses factory bolt-hole spacing and mounts to your original mounting points with no drilling or frame modification required.
Does this need to be painted or coated before installation?
Stainless steel won't rust bare, but it will discolor under high heat. Many buyers ceramic coat or wrap the header for aesthetics. Installation can proceed without either step if appearance under the engine bay isn't a priority.
What tools and hardware do I need to install this?
You'll need basic hand tools and a socket set for bolt removal and installation. Gaskets and fasteners for the manifold flange are not included—source these from your parts supplier to match your OEM specifications.
