01-05 Honda Civic Header Stainless Steel
Stainless steel exhaust header built for the 01-05 Civic that flows better than stock and resists corrosion. This is precision tubing welded for durability, designed to bolt onto factory mounting points without modification. Stainless construction means it'll outlast mild steel headers even in harsh conditions.
Will this bolt straight onto my stock manifold location?
Yes, this header uses factory mounting points — no drilling or welding required. You'll need to disconnect your OEM exhaust and unbolt the old manifold, then bolt this in place.
Do I need to repaint or prep this before install?
Stainless steel doesn't require paint or coating. It comes ready to bolt on. If you want a polished look, you can buff it, but bare stainless will patina naturally and still resist rust.
What fasteners do I need to connect this to my exhaust system downstream?
The header outlet size and flange type determine your connection. Confirm your current exhaust diameter and flange spec before ordering a downpipe or mid-section to ensure a tight fit.
