00-05 Ford Excursion Rocker Panels - Stamped Steel
Direct replacement rocker panels in stamped steel for 00-05 Ford Excursion. Factory-profile construction restores structural integrity and maintains OEM appearance. Two-piece set covers both driver and passenger sides.
Will these bolt up to my existing frame without drilling or cutting?
Yes. These panels mount at the factory rocker points — no modification needed. Bolt directly to your existing mounting locations.
Do these need to be welded on, or can I bolt them?
Bolting is the standard approach for rocker panel installation. Welding is an option if you want a permanent bond, but fasteners work fine for corrosion protection and replacement flexibility down the road.
What prep work do I need before installation?
Clean the mounting surface and remove any old rust or debris. These ship bare steel — if you plan to paint them, light sanding and primer prep is standard before topcoat. If leaving them bare, apply rust preventative before fastening.
